At My-Dry Ltd t/a Team-Robes, we make almost everything to order. There are a small number of items held as stock but otherwise your order will be made from scratch and so we ask for 21 days to make and despatch your order. If, for some reason, we are unable to despatch within 21 days, we will endeavour to contact you to advise accordingly.  If your order has not been started within 21 days of order, we will contact you to discuss and offer you a full refund.

We deliver in the UK, Europe and selected other countries. We use the most secure, cost-effective and quickest delivery method possible. We use ParcelForce Worldwide for most domestic deliveries and DPD or DHL for most overseas deliveries.

Please note: Since the onset of Covid-19 and Brexit we have seen a huge amount of disruption with all parcel couriers for both supplies arriving in and orders going out. This is resulting in delays on occasion and unfortunately outside of our control. All our shipping partners have a claims process if a parcel is delayed or damaged – we can raise a claim within 6 weeks of the date of the parcel being sent. Any claims outside of this period will not be eligible and we will not accept any responsibility for any loss incurred.

Shipping to Europe and other international countries:

The United Kingdom left the European Union on 31st December 2020 and following which the method and costs of shipping to European countries has changed and is now aligned with shipments to rest of the world.

All non-UK customers will now be zero-rated for UK VAT. This means you will not be charged VAT at the checkout when purchasing your item however you will be charged your own country’s VAT when accepting the goods from our shipping partners. Our shipping partners are currently ParcelForce (who partner with GLS in Europe) DPD and DHL.

When your goods arrive in your country you will be contacted by our shipping partner who will ask you to pay the VAT and any local customs and duties. The rates of VAT, customs and duties are set and updated by the receiving country so please check with your own customs authority prior to ordering.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and charges once the parcel has arrived in your country, your order will be returned to us and we will not make any refunds for the items or shipping costs.


We really hope you will be happy with your purchase. If however, you are not satisfied for any reason, you must tell us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that our custom-made items cannot be returned, or exchanged, unless they suffer manufacturing fault.

When we accept your order we will send you confirmation, including full details of the order specifications, via the email address you have provided us. Please check this confirmation carefully as this will be used as our manufacturing instruction.

Returns will be accepted provided that the item(s) is in its original condition, with all labels and tags (if applicable) still attached with no stains, marks, pulls or rips and as described in our order confirmation email.

Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed, we will issue your refund. We will endeavour to complete your return within 48 hours on working days (Monday-Friday). Please allow upto 5 days for your funds to arrive back into your account.
